I took this picture of Santa Clara Vanguard from tonight’s Drum Corps International show at Middle Tennessee State University.  I sat with Susan and her husband Rich and had a great time.  She was wearing a 27th Lancer t-shirt.  I knew that we would hit it off well.  We both had our iPhones and shared our love of applications.

The show tonight was simply wonderful.  It’s one thing to watch drum corps on the internet, it’s totally different seeing it in person.  I’ll be back Friday night for “part two” of the show.

I’ll also be traveling to Allentown, Pennsylvania next week to do the same thing next Friday and Saturday night.  I’ll see most of the same corps there plus a few other ones.  I enjoy seeing the differences the corps make in a week’s time.  It’s amazing how much improvement can be made in just one week.

It’s really late and I need sleep since I have to go to work tomorrow.

I am back with this new episode of my podcast.  I catch you up on my life and then I go on to chat about some other topics.  I chat about your comments left on my blog.  I then chat about my favorite application to my iPhone: Pandora!  Hmmm…I should be paid for advertising them on here, eh?  I also throw in a bit about drum and bugle corps.  Hey, why not?  ‘Tis the season!

I’ll be thinking of some gift that I can send out to one of the lucky commenters on iTunes but have to wait until I have 25 comments.  Right now I only have four.  Come on and leave a comment to be in the running for the gift!

Thank you for being there!

cls-urbanIn this new episode, I chat about several things.  I talk about why I did not create an episode last week.  I also chat about fireworks from last year and wonder what happened this year.  My hearing aids were tweaked and I talk about my experiences with them.  ‘Tis the season for drum and bugle corps so you know that I chatted about it.  How could I not?

Thank you for for your patience with me as I took last week “off”.  I needed it.  Sometimes you just have to do what you have to do…y’know?

Love you guys!

In this episode I chat about my trip to Pennsylvania to Philadelphia and to New Jersey.  I chat about drum and bugle corps, hotel problems, as well as my time with my parents.  The pictures above are from Allentown: The pressbox from the stadium and the Bridgemen Drum and Bugle Corps.  Please leave your comments here and consider giving me a five star rating on iTunes!

Listen to the extra audio after the closing music!
