I take a small look back to last year and then look forward to this year in this episode. Thank you so very much for all of your support during my sadness. I am sure blessed to have friends like you who have come to support me when I needed it. Life is not always predictable. Who knows what will take place in this new year? No one really knows. Yeah, we have plans, but will they take place?

I also chat about my new roomate and my trip this week for business. There is not much going on with me. Thank you for giving me a chance to come into your lives via iTunes and this website. Episode 018 Is Finally Here!

Yup! I finally did it. Listen to find out what I have been doing over these past few weeks while I was taking a break. I chat about friendship, my dogs, and the recent election. Thank you for your concern for me. I have been doing all right. It’s been a while since I put together a podcast or wrote in a blog so please forgive any sort of “glitches” that you may notice. I am a bit rusty, but I think that the episode came together rather well. Please feel free to write to me or leave a comment. It would be great to hear from you again. Episode 017 Male Bashing and Doing What It Takes to Remedy This Problem

There have been so many incidences where man are the brunt of ridicule on television, radio, and movies. I take you back to President John Fitzgerald Kennedy’s statement about not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country. Let’s see what we can do to help eachother out which in return will help ourselves to feel better. Putting eachother down seems to be the popular thing to do but is it really right? Will doing that actually help you to feel better about yourself? What IF we started to lift eachother UP? What IF we helped to ease one another’s burdens? And what if we never mention doing such? I believe that would make us feel better about ourselves, but more important, it would be the right thing to do. Give it some thought.

Episode 016 “Legacy”

What will you leave to mark your life here on earth after you have gone? What will people say about you? I mention a few things that I remember of two people who have died in my life. Will you leave a good mark? I don’t know if I will or not…but I certainly hope so. I am not perfect…no one is…but I try to be a good person because I want to treat others as I would like to be treated. Give it some thought.

Episode 015 Suicide, Migraines, and a Surprise

Episode 014 Walking Through My Sadness

Sometimes you just gotta walk through it.

Well…I made it through some issues with my laptop and finally posted another episode. I chat about what has been going on with me in this one. Are you surprised? You should not be. After all…it is a personal journal podcast. Thanks for all of you who have sent in e-mails and comments. I now have THREE ratings on iTunes! Whoo hoo!

I have been doing good. It’s been a rough road, however, being able to talk about the tough times with you have helped. I did not think that it would help me as much as it has. I chat about an event that I attended that tore me apart. When I listened to this episode, I sound like I’m still hurting. I guess that I am. At the same time, I have been doing very well. I guess that there is a time to mourn and a time to dance.
