Yes, I have aids…HEARING AIDS! I went today to get them fitted and “tweaked” to suit my needs. I am grateful for the opportunity to improve the hearing that I still have so that I can have clear and effective communication. I chat about that and other issues on this episode of my podcast.
Some have wondered how to download my episodes. Well, you will have to download the free iTunes software first and then click on the purple icon found on the top right hand corner of this web page. It will bring you to the iTunes software that you downloaded. Click on subscribe once you see iTunes and there you go! Quite easy…er…uh…once you know how to do it! If you have any problems, please let me know. I know how difficult things can be when you are not savvy on the computer.
Thank you for your continued support of my little podcast here. I appreciate the comments and encouragement.
Your Nashville Friend,
Thom

Hi Thom,
I will admit to you that this is the first time I’ve listened to you and I had a feeling that you were a nice guy. And here I am proving myself right! I say awesome job, keep up the fabulous work! And congratulations getting your hearing aids. When I got my eyes checked after many years of neglecting my eyesight, I was blown away from all the things I can see. In fact, I’m still stunned sometimes.
I think it’s great when people rediscover themselves and the world around them.
So yes, great job!

It’s way too early to listen to anything yet today. I just wanted to say how excited I am for you that you have the new hearing aids…I hope they bring you tremendous benefit and lots of great sounds!

Glad you got your hearing aids. I’m sure that will help. Question though…since you have those in your ears, how do you listen to your podcasts? Your earphones and hearing aids can’t fit together. Do you listen on the computer now?

Thom,
I taught you well. Even a non-geek can follow them
.
While I almost always live behind the TTOW cyber curtain, I had to peek out to say congrats on the new hearing aids!
Back behind the curtain I now go…
